Late cancellations or rescheduling:
I do not currently charge for late cancellations or rescheduling.
No shows:
No call/no shows will be charged 50% of service price. Two no shows and you will not be able to book again.
Late arrival to appointment:
After 15mins there is no time for a blow dry style. I will quick blow dry and appointment will end at scheduled time.
After 20mins, we will need to reschedule.
Redos
Please let me know within 7 days if your service needs adjusting. Free.
After 7 days, any adjustments will incur normal service pricing.
Electronic payments preferred.
No change for cash kept on site.
